And for the Mooney family, The Willow has been a 40 year adventure since Kevin Mooney bought the business in 1972. Today, sister and professional restaurateur Siobhan Mooney Stevens runs the Saloon and Dining Room while her husband Chef Roger delivers on a menu that’s sure to please every time. The Willow team includes Robert Cumpston and Mike McBride in the kitchen, Bruce McDonald as the daytime saloon manager of 27 years, and Olivia the delightful waitress of 26 years.
